Herbert Waltl is one of the first professional DVD producers, creating DVD Video content for Philips' Key Modules even before the format was established and introduced in the market. He produced the first 5.1 surround mix in Los Angeles for PKM and Philips Research, and the first 16 track DSD recording. He was nominated for a Grammy in 2004 for Best Jazz Instrumental Album for Chick Corea's Rendezvous in New York and was awarded with two Grammys in 2005 for Album of the Year and Best Surround Sound Album, both for Ray Charles: Genius Loves Company.

Mike Batista, audio engineer, has spent the last decade honing his craft in audio mastering. Through his knowledge of technical, artistic and cultural understanding of musical genres, Mike is here to tirelessly help not only maximize musicality from projects, but help them stand up in the marketplace.

Director of Photography

Wayne Orr, mediaHyperium's Director of Photography is a 6 time Emmy award-winning director and cameraman. He recently worked on the critically acclaimed "Fail Safe" with George Clooney and Brian Dennehy. Over the years, he's worked on numerous film and television projects with a "who's who" list of pop and rock, amongst them: The Rolling Stones, Frank Sinatra, Neil Diamond, Whitney Houston, Faith Hill, and Cher. His music video credits include U-2 and Kiss, as well as The Three Tenors. Recently, Wayne completed editing for a Pioneer DVD of Bach organ music featuring Hans-Andre Stamm, which he directed and shot on location in Waltershausen, Germany, which was shot and recorded in spectacular 5.1 surround sound on the church organ in Waltershausen. Wayne has also produced and directed projects for such as outstanding charitable organizations as the Make A Wish Foundation and the American Heart Association.

In 2005 he was made a fellow of the World Technology Network. Presently he is in discussion with several US and European government entities to reshaping international copy rights for new media.

Rupert Hine, Producer
Rupert’s career of more than 30 years and 120 albums makes him one of the most influential producers in the industry, having worked with such artists as Tina Turner, Chris de Burgh, Rush, Bob Geldof, Stevie Nicks, Thompson Twins, Kate Bush, Suzanne Vega and Duncan Sheik. Rupert's connections with the film world stood him in good stead for the 1980s explosion of the video-clip, directing many for the artists he produced. As a composer and musician he has both underscored movies and contributed songs in films that range from Skolomovski’s “The Shout” through cult classic “Better Off Dead” to James Bond’s “Goldeneye.” Rupert's multi-media tour-de-forceOne World, One Voice” was produced by the BBC in 1990 for ‘One World Week’. The 2-hour television programme was viewed by 650 million people around the planet the same night in 1990. It took the form of a musical ‘chain-letter’ involving 300 artists from 26 countries in 5 continents  (including Sting, Peter Gabriel, Lou Reed, The Pretenders etc) and was directed by Hine (music) and Kevin Godley (film). In recent years Hine has expanded his activities beyond the studio walls to include discovering and/or developing new artists as exemplified by Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and Martin Grech

MARTIN MAIR began his career in International Marketing with W. L. Gore & Company, a manufacturer and distributor of technologically advanced sporting goods materials. 
In the late 1980s, he joined Pilz Entertainment, a leading German distributor of compact discs, as President of its U.S. operation.  Under his guidance, Pilz grew to be a major U.S. music distributor. In 1993 Pilz expanded into compact disc manufacturing and Mr. Mair set up a plant with a capacity of 30 million compact discs annually. In 1995, Mr. Mair founded DiscArt, Inc., a manufacturer of unique prerecorded “Shaped CDs” which creates its patented, non-circular compact discs for the corporate as well as the consumer market. In 1996, he founded Creative Music Marketing, Ltd., an independent record label with an impressive catalog of titles, which subsequently merged with Eclipse Music Group, Inc. In 2000 Eclipse merged with Brentwood Communications Inc. and the combined entity, BCI Eclipse, is one of the biggest independent budget record companies in the United States with over 1200 audio and 800 video titles which was subsequently sold to Navarre Inc. Mr. Mair is a principal in Entertainment Media Partners, which holds a significant interest in St. Clair Entertainment, a leading independent distributor of audio and video in North America.

Independent consultant and entrepreneur since May 2005, Managing director at 17 Sony Pictures Entertainment companies between 1993 and 2005, Managing director of Columbia TriStar Film GmbH between 1989 and 2003, BBDO GmbH Düsseldorf 1968-1989, Publicity Manager at UFA Commercial Television Düsseldorf 1965-68.
Advisory Board Member, whale protector, involved in several charity activities.During his advertising and marketing career Jürgen Schau was responsible for budgets over 100 billion $, for example Kaufhof, Metro, Mexx, at Team BBDO in New York, Madison Avenue. In the film business he worked with Jack Nicholson, Julia Roberts, Jane Fonda, John Travolta, Will Smith, Nicolas Cage, Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz, Susan Sarandon, Jodie Foster, Arnold Schwarzenegger. In the German film production he placed the no. 1 local language film “Anatomie” with Franka Potente. For Global Entertainment Productions GmbH he initiated the first German film fund (400 Mio €).
